Highlighted Points
- Rigid design - Static ploymer granite machine tool base of over 12,000lbs. Oversize linear guides and slant bed design are incorporated to accomodate heavy Z-axis thrusts.
- High performance 20,000 RPM HSK-A63 in-line spindle delivers 65Nm of torque at 4500 rpm for high metal removal, yet still providing the higher RPM's for fine surface quality.
- Drum type 30 position toolchanger has easy accessability for tools up to 3.14" in diameter fully occupied, 5.1" in diameter partially occupied. Tool lengths are accepted up to 11.8".
- Fast iTNC530 control
